Will answers finally be had? The Senate Intelligence Committee will soon launch an exploration into the interrogation practices of the CIA that originated under former president George W. Bush. “The purpose here is to do fact-finding in order to learn lessons from the programs and see if there are recommendations to be made for detention and interrogations in the future," said one Senate aide. The procedure won’t determine if officials broke laws.
