On Thursday, authorities nabbed Ratko Mladic, the most-wanted war-crimes fugitive in Europe. Mladic, a Bosnian Serb general, was indicted in 1995 for the murder of 8,000 Muslims in Srebrenica. He was found living in Belgrade, Serbia, which is coming under increasing pressure to capture war-crimes fugitives in order to join the EU. Mladic will now be extradited to The Hague.
