Nationalism dies hard: Serbian police are on alert as nationalist parties are planning to protest Sunday the arrest of Ratko Mladic. Captured 15 years after he massacred 8,000 Muslims at Srebrenica, Mladic could be could be extradited to The Hague as soon as Tuesday. Mladic, through his lawyer, has appealed to his supporters to remain calm. Rallies after the arrest of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic led to riots in 2008.
