Sources say Shake Shack, which now operates two locations in New York City, is planning three more Manhattan locations and seven new branches in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Union Square Hospitality Group hasn’t officially commented yet, but a deal insider says the project has been given a green light and overseas staff will begin training soon.
