Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards have signed a written agreement giving Richards full custody of their daughters Sam and Lola, TMZ reports. The new agreement broke their previous joint custody arrangement because Richards purportedly felt that, in light of her troubled ex’s current situation (i.e. allegations of substance abuse and domestic violence from his latest estranged wife Brooke Mueller), she should be given full custody. Still, the Two and a Half Men star has reportedly been given visitation rights. Sheen has been handing over $50,000 a month in child support since his split with Richards, according to TMZ.
