The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says it won’t recommend Caitlyn Jenner be prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter, TMZ reports, a day after the site reported otherwise. The department’s 161-page report finds that Jenner violated the state’s vehicular manslaughter law by driving at an unsafe speed during a Feb. 7 chain-reaction car accident in Malibu that left a female motorist dead. The case will be submitted to the district attorney’s office next week.
