Martin Shkreli's stock portfolio has dropped in value by $40 million since he was arrested in December. His E-Trade account was used to pay for a $5 million bond and now that the portfolio is tanking, he may need different sources to pay for it. Shkreli faces multiple fraud charges for lying to investors about the status of hedge funds and for using money from a pharmaceutical company to pay for other debts.
