A security guard is injured after a shooter opened fire at the headquarters of the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C., Wednesday. The alleged gunman reportedly made remarks opposing the conservative group’s policies before the incident, according to law enforcement officials. The New York Times is reporting that the suspect also worked as a volunteer at The D.C. Center for the LGBT Community, and was also said to be carrying a Chick-Fil-A bag with him at the time of the shooting. The FBI is interviewing the head of The DC Center as part of the investigation.
