NASA is fueling the space shuttle Atlantis for its final flight, butstormy weather may intercede. Forecasters predict a 70 percent chance of thunderstorms or rain. Nevertheless, the four astronauts suited up for their flight, and an estimated 750,000 people are expected to flock to Cape Canaveral and the surrounding towns for the launch. Expected spectators include 14 members of Congress, Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen, four members of the Kennedy family, and the first shuttle pilot Robert Crippen.
