Ah, the power of the Internet to do good. A 5-year-old boy diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor will be celebrating his birthday this weekend with 30,000 cards, 1,000 packages, and three parties. Danny Nickerson's mom told a local Massachusetts paper last week that her son loved cards. After the request was posted to Reddit, thousands of letters and presents began pouring in. They've even gotten some unusual invitations—AMC's series Hell on Wheels told Nickerson he was welcome to visit the show's set.
