Singer Sinead O'Connor is receiving medical treatment after she posted an alleged suicide note on Facebook on Sunday. Police reportedly confirmed that O'Connor was found and is "safe and sound." A representative confirmed to Pitchfork that the 48-year-old is "unwell and receiving treatment." In the note posted online, O'Connor said she had taken an "overdose" at a hotel in Ireland, where she was staying under a different name. "If I wasn’t posting this, my kids and family wouldn’t even find out," the note said. The authenticity of the post on O'Connor's Facebook page has not been confirmed.
