Sixteen Bombs Go Off in Baghdad

At least 62 are dead.

Sixteen bombs went off in Baghdad on Tuesday, killing at least 76 people. Many of the bombs were in coffee shops, and the death toll is expected to rise. Meanwhile, Iraq has detained a police commander for questioning related to the attack on a Catholic Church on Sunday that killed 58 people.
