Justice is finally being served: Jersey Shore’s own Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has been charged for being criminally annoying. Polizzi was arrested last month after a rowdy day—caught on camera, no less—that ended with her landing face first on the beach. New Jersey prosecutors are also charging Polizzi with disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance. The charges could result in fines between $500 and $2,000. Polizzi’s lawyer entered a not guilty plea on her behalf on all three charges Wednesday and she’s due back in court in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, on Sept. 8.
