Snoop Dogg to Perform in Support of Clinton

Rap superstar Snoop Dogg is set to perform on the sidelines of the Democratic Party convention in support of Hillary Clinton. The marijuana guru will be the main act at a show in Philadelphia on July 28, just a day before Clinton is expected to accept the party’s presidential nomination. The event was announced Tuesday by three groups that handle spending for Democratic candidates: Priorities USA Action, Senate Majority PAC, and House Majority PAC. According to them, the Mexican-American rock band Los Lobos will also be headlining a show as part of the party’s convention week.
