Forecasters are predicting more than a foot of snowfall for New York City Thursday. Wind gusts as high as 30 miles per hour are expected to blow into Friday. This winter has seen record-breaking snows up the eastern seaboard. By Wednesday night, Continental Airlines had already canceled all flights out of Newark airport. Delta washed out 65 flights to New York.
