At least three people died Monday when a snow squall caused a nearly 60-car pile-up on a highway in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, the local coroner said. State police reported that at least 20 people were hospitalized following the crash, which happened at around 10:30 a.m. As of 2:30 p.m., fires were still burning in the wreckage. As first responders worked to extinguish the blaze, as many as 75 uninjured motorists were shuttled to a Red Cross warming station.
