Up to 10 inches of snow could be landing on the East Coast just in time for Halloween weekend. The National Weather Service predicts snow from West Virginia to Massachusetts, and temperatures in the low 30s. Snowfall could shatter records in New England, where some regions are expected to see as much as 12 inches. Heavy winds could take out power lines, potentially affecting as many as 60 million people. Occupy Wall Street protesters across the country, including those in New York, have been gearing up by stockpiling blankets, coats, and insulated sleeping bags.
