Snowstorm Sweeps Across Europe

Hundreds of flights were canceled in Europe after a snowstorm and freezing rain swept across the continent on Sunday. Heathrow airport in London canceled hundreds of flights, while Frankfurt canceled all activity due to the weather conditions. Weather is expected to improve in some areas by tomorrow morning, but Heathrow, which is Europe's central hub, issued a statement saying, “It is possible that weather conditions at other European airports will increase the number of cancellations.”
