Children in Spain have been allowed outdoors on Sunday for the first time since the country locked down on March 14. Children under the age of 14 can now spend one hour of supervised play time outside within half a mile of their homes, though parks and schools remain closed. One parent is allowed to accompany no more than three children at a time. Spain surpassed Italy as the hardest hit European country with nearly 224,000 positive COVID-19 cases since the outbreak began.
