Americans should soon have a free, legal way to listen to their favorite music: Spotify, the European free, online jukebox, is hoping to launch in the U.S. in the third quarter of 2010. Users will be able to listen without charge so long as they’re willing to listen to an occasional advertisement. Spotify is also in talks with BlackBerry and Palm to launch a mobile application.
