After a disastrous day on the stand, St. John's University "Dean of Mean" Cecilia Chang hung herself before jurors got a chance to decide whether she embezzled $1 million from the university and forced foreign students to perform housework for her. Police found her body around 7:30 Tuesday morning. Her testimony had prompted laughter from jurors as many of her answers seemed far-fetched. Chang, who worked at St. John's for three decades, said she forgot to tell investigators about her overseas bank accounts because she had been drinking. And she testified that a student had offered to wash her clothes.
