The Walt Disney Company and Lucasfilm on Tuesday announced the official release dates for two of their most anticipated sequel films. Star Wars: Episode IX is set for release on May 24, 2019. The as-yet-untitled project will be directed by Colin Trevorrow and will be the third and final installment in the franchise’s third trilogy. Additionally, the companies announced that a fifth Indiana Jones film will be released on July 10, 2020—with director Steven Spielberg and star Harrison Ford both returning yet again.
