Donald Sterling is not going down without a fight. Yahoo Sports reports that the former Clippers owner plans to file a $1 billion lawsuit against the NBA for damages incurred by the punishment levied by Commissioner Adam Silver. Sterling was banned for life from the NBA, after which the process of removal of ownership began. Meanwhile, ex-Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer signed a deal on Thursday to buy the Clippers from co-owner Shelly Sterling, Donald’s wife, for $2 billion.
