Trump campaign CEO Steve Bannon said Wednesday that he plans to return to Breitbart following the election. Prior to joining the Republican presidential nominee’s campaign, Bannon was CEO of the far-right website that has acted, throughout the entire election cycle, as a top booster of Donald Trump’s candidacy. “My term of duty here ends on the evening of the 8th,” Bannon said on Breitbart’s SiriusXM radio show, which he hosted up until his departure for the campaign. “I look forward to being a part of [Breitbart] again. It’s something I miss a lot.” During the same interview, Bannon hailed what he views as a positive force in global politics, with nationalist movements on the rise in the United States and Europe. “Regardless of what happens next week—obviously I think that we’re going to win and I’ve thought that from day one—but there’s a sea change in politics.”
