Singer Stevie Nicks and metal band Def Leppard have both been nominated for the first time for entrance into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, according to a Tuesday report from the Associated Press. Nicks is already in the Hall of Fame as a member of the band Fleetwood Mac, the Associated Press notes—but this is the first time she’s been recognized as a solo performer. Todd Rundgren, Roxy Music, and Devo are also first-time nominees. Many notable contenders have also been nominated for their second or third shot, including The Cure, Radiohead, and Rage Against the Machine. The winners, usually five to seven of the nominees chosen by a panel of past inductees and industry experts, will be announced in December, and the 34th induction ceremony will be held next March.
