A voice message left by the man believed to be behind a bombing in Stockholm has been released. In the under-a-minute message, a man says, “The Islamic state has been created,” and cautions "actions will speak for themselves." He also condemns the 2007 cartoons of Mohammed drawn by a Swedish artist. Taimur Abdulwahab al-Abdaly, a former physical-therapy student in Luton, England, is believed to be behind the Stockholm attack—the first suicide bombing in Sweden’s history. Abdulwahab blew himself up, injuring two bystanders, after setting a car full of gas canisters on fire.
