‘Stranger Things’ Star Denied U.S. Entry Over Traces of Cocaine in Luggage
Stranger Things actor Charlie Heaton was denied entry into the U.S. last week after traces of cocaine were found in his luggage, a law enforcement official told the Associated Press on Friday. A customs canine reportedly detected something amiss in Heaton’s luggage and authorities subsequently found a small amount of the drug during an inspection at Los Angeles International Airport last Saturday. Heaton, who plays Jonathan Byers in the hit Netflix series, was reportedly on his way to attend the launch party for the season two premiere in Los Angeles. A British citizen, he was deported but was not arrested and no charges have been filed. He has yet to comment on the incident.
