Former hip-hop mogul and accused murderer Marion “Suge” Knight has filed a lawsuit against an L.A. nightclub and R&B superstar Chris Brown over a 2014 shooting that left him injured. Knight, who currently awaits trial for a fatal hit-and-run, alleges that Brown and the owners of 1 Oak failed to have adequate security to stop shooters from coming into the venue and firing at him and others. Knight also claims that his gunshot wounds and subsequent health and personal safety concerns played a role in his accused killing of a man he claims was attacking him.
