A suicide bomber killed at least 37 people in the western Iraq city of Ramadi on Sunday. The bomber drove a Humvee packed with explosives into a construction site utilized by police and military officials. It is currently estimated that 22 security personnel and 15 civilians were killed at the site of the nine-story building. It is unclear whether ISIS was involved in the attack, but Ramadi and its sister city Falluja have been targets of the Islamic extremist group.
