A former student at Culver City High School alleged that three football players raped her, recorded it, and shared it with other students, according a suit filed on the girl's behalf. Referred only to as “A.S.” in court documents, the girl was 14-years-old in December 2013 when the multiple alleged incidences of rape occurred. She claims two unnamed football players and one named, Jeremy Weaver, took her out to the school parking lot to listen to music. The two unnamed ones proceeded to rape her and Weaver raped her the next day, according to the suit. The three football players continued to rape her over the next three weeks, according to the suit, and one of the incidences was recorded on video and shared with other students. Her mother filed a lawsuit on her behalf against Culver City Unified School District, claiming the school was negligent in failing to protect her daughter.
