Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Challenges to Biden’s Vax Mandates

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear disputing opinions on President Joe Biden’s shot-or-test rule for employees of large companies and his administration’s separate vaccine mandate for health-care workers. An order issued late Wednesday scheduled oral arguments for Jan. 7, after which the high court will consider staying the mandates.
