Police in Pennsylvania say the suspect in a state trooper's murder was shot and killed Saturday, a day after he allegedly fatally shot state trooper Landon Weaver. The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Jason Robison, reportedly refused police orders and threatened officers who were trying to take him in early Saturday, prompting them to shoot him. A manhunt was underway for Robison in Huntingdon County throughout Friday night, with police warning residents that Robison was “armed and dangerous.” Robison allegedly shot and killed Weaver late Friday while the trooper was responding to a call about a violated order of protection. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf released a statement late Friday offering his condolences and praising Weaver for “his bravery, his sacrifice, and his willingness to serve.”
