More details are emerging about One L. Goh, the man suspected of killing seven people at a nursing school on Monday. Goh came back to Oakland, where his ailing father lived, after running into financial difficulties in Hayes, Va. As for a motive, a spokeswoman for the Oakland police says Goh lashed out because he was teased for his poor command of English. The Oakland police chief says Goh was expelled for “anger management issues,” and a former nursing instructor says Goh couldn't “deal with women.”
