As President Obama explores a military response to Syria, Press Secretary Jay Carney confirmed that the White House hasn’t made a decision to take action yet. “The options that we are considering are not about regime change,” Carney said, when asked if Obama wants to oust Assad. Carney deflected questions about whether the president will convene Congress before making a decision—like David Cameron did. Carney did, however, say that there was no doubt that chemical weapons were used, and that Obama is considering a few options.
