The bodies of Marie Colvin and Rémi Ochlik, two journalists who were killed in the shelling of Homs, were sent to Paris on Saturday night. Videos surfaced on Thursday saying that both bodies had been buried, but the government said they had been disinterred and they would be repatriated. Earlier on Saturday Ochlik’s body was handed over to the French ambassador while Colvin’s remains were given to a Polish diplomat because the U.S. closed its embassy in Damascus last month. Arrangements are still being made to transport Colvin’s body back to the U.S.
