Georgia Bulldogs tailback and likely Heisman Trophy candidate Todd Gurley has been suspended indefinitely pending an investigation into an alleged violation of NCAA rules, the University of Georgia announced. The 20-year-old Gurley, considered one of the best backs in college football, is in the middle of an NCAA investigation that centers around whether he was given money for autographs, memorabilia, or the use of his likeness, a source told ESPN. The university did not reveal the alleged violation. ESPN says Gurley allegedly had been seeking between $8 and $25 per signature, charging less to an autograph dealer if he signed more pieces.
