Tea Party Attacks Wall St. Protests

Miffed by media reports that label Occupy Wall Street a left-wing version of their own movement, big Tea Party groups are organizing against the bank protesters. Some are hunting for evidence of extremists or general bad behavior from the Wall Street group and posting it online, such as a viral video of a demonstrator apparently defecating on a police car. Others are using the threat of a new movement to raise money from their supporters. “The left is trying to create a counter force to the tea party, but it’s almost laughable that anyone is comparing the two,” the chief strategist of Tea Party Express told Politico.
