Is Sen. Ted Kennedy's health worsening? A new statement from the Kennedy camp denies reports that the ailing senator's health has worsened, calling stories in the Boston Herald and RadarOnline.com "tabloid trash." On Friday afternoon, RadarOnline.com reported that the family of Massachusetts Democrat, suffering from brain cancer, had been put "on alert" ahead of his 77th birthday this Sunday. On Friday morning the Boston Herald quoted a source saying "time is of the essence... it's very sad." UPI now reports that Kennedy's office says the senator is "doing well" and "burning up the phone lines" working on legislation from home.
