13-year-old may have found it in the neighborhood.
A 13-year-old boy shot his mother in Georgia on Saturday night. Police believe the incident was an accident and that the boy may have found the gun in the neighborhood and brought it home. The mother is expected to fully recover from surgery after being shot in the neck. Strangely, this house is the same place where another violent gun-related incident happened a little over a year ago.
