A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly getting on a loudspeaker system at a New Jersey Wal-Mart to ask “all blacks” to leave the store. The teen was arrested on “bias intimidation and harassment charges,” police said, though he is currently still in his parents’ custody.
