After expressing her admiration for the now-defunct magazine Sassy, former Sassy editor Jane Pratt contacted Gevinson and initiated talks to launch a new magazine geared toward an “wallflowery teenage girls.” The teenage sensation is now accepting applications for contributors, as well as suggestions for potential magazine names.
