Teen Killed Family 25 Years Ago

Candy Williams met Jovan Collier on a sunny beach in St. Petersburg, Florida, and fell in love almost immediately. At one point, the two even planned to marry. But gradually, Williams realized Collier was keeping a closet full of secrets from her: His real name was Peter Zimmer. He had a wife in another state, whom he flew to visit. But darkest of all, he murdered his adopted parents and 10-year-old brother when he was 14. Wisconsin law at the time did not allow him to be charged as an adult, so he was found delinquent and held in a detention facility until he was released at 19, with a new name and trust from his dead parents' estate. Now Zimmer is in custody again for stalking and harassing Williams after their breakup.
