Ten State Election Databases Hacked

Law-enforcement sources told CBS News that a total of about 10 states had their election databases probed or breached by hackers, more than previously thought. Government officials are concerned about Russian efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election and believe more cyberattacks between now and Election Day are likely. Arizona and Illinois had already experienced attempted hacks and U.S. officials are now expanding their inquiry to determine where else it could have happened.
