A Los Angeles judge on Monday overturned a divorce settlement signed between Empire’s Terrence Howard and his second wife, because he said the actor signed the document under duress. Judge Thomas Trent Lewis found that Howard feared his second wife releasing a video of him dancing naked, as well as phone-sex recordings between the actor and other women, when he signed the docment. Howard and Michelle Ghent now have to negotiate a new financial settlement, though they remain divorced.
