This little battery-operated disc may be the secret to a good night’s sleep.
The Dodow Metronome Light from Soda Says emits a soft, blue light that expands and contracts for you to follow with your breathing. As you focus on the glow, the baroreflex kicks in and helps drift you into sleep. It’s basically a meditation cheater, for those of us that can’t just breathe deeply on our own. You can set Dodow to cycle through for eight or 20 minutes before it automatically turns off.
The best part is because it runs on batteries, it’s completely portable and travel-friendly for those nights you end up staring listlessly at a hotel ceiling. Dodow did a ton of research and testing to help develop what is now an easy-to-use sleep aide.
