The sequel to the film adaption of Stephen King’s It officially has a release date for September 6th, 2019. As of just recently, It is the highest-grossing horror film of all time surpassing The Exorcist. The film raked in $266 million in the box office nationally and $478 worldwide, according to reports. It’s second installment will reportedly feature screenwriter Gary Dauberman and director Andy Muschietti. The sequel is expected to include flashbacks to the first It film, in an attempt to bring back some original actors.
