New jobs numbers are out for March, and here's the basic recap: 88k new jobs, employment rate ticks down to 7.6%, and the force continues to shrink.
You do have to wonder, as Pascal-Emmanuel Gobry did on Twitter, what this would look like with a President Romney. (And let's not forget that allowing the payroll tax to go back up is also hurting the economy.)
It takes a GOP president to calm the debt hawks, and that's something we desperately need at the moment.
