'The Situation' Indicted for Tax Fraud

Failed to pay properly on $8.9 million.

Gym, tan, defraud the government? Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his brother Marc were indicted on Wednesday for tax fraud. The pair stand accused of submitting false and fraudulent tax returns on roughly $8.9 million. Sorrentino apparently even failed to file a return for the whole year of 2011, when he earned almost $2 million. That $8.9 million came mostly through two companies the brothers founded, MPS Entertainment and Situation Nation. The pair also claimed millions of dollars spent on luxury cars and clothing were business expenses.
