The network finally ceded to the cast's demand for a big raise—reportedly from a few hundred bucks to $10,000 per episode. The final episode of the first season pulled in 4.8 million viewers, and the show's big buzz has been a lifesaver for MTV, which has been going through tough times recently. Look for the familiar tans, gelled hair, and rock-hard abs to return to TV screens this summer.
