Actor and comedian Charlie Murphy passed away after a battle with leukemia today. He was 57 and the brother of actor Eddie Murphy.

Co-stars, fans and friends expressed their condolences to Murphy and his family during this tough time.

Murphy made his debut in Harlem Nights and has appeared in numerous shows and movies including The Boondocks, Roll Bounce and Norbit. But he will perhaps be most remembered for his Charlie Murphy’s True Hollywood sketches from Chappelle’s Show.
